Meet the Team
Donna is the co-founder of Body Beautiful Boot Camp and is responsible for the day to day running of BBBC. Donna is generally your first port of call and will help you make your bookings and give any general information of what is happening and what BBBC is all about.
Donna who has a Diploma in Sports Nutrition is qualified as both an Aqua Aerobics teacher and Fitness Trainer. In her younger days Donna was a cross country and hockey Champion for her County of Staffordshire. Donna ran successful private aqua aerobic classes while living in Lagos, Nigeria and is also a keen tennis player, representing her Club in Lagos, Nigeria for 14 years as Lady Captain and Tournament Director and also the Vice President of Lagos Tennis Association. Before two knee operations and a shoulder operation Donna was an avid fitness walker/trekker Donna and climbed Kilimanjaro in 2010 for the NSPCC.
Donna covers any of the sessions in Weybridge where necessary.
Donna is also available for PT sessions.
Donna’s speciality is circuit training combined with running. Keeping that heart rate high and working every part of your body ensures that you get a great workout, burn lots of calories (between 400-500) and help get that lean toned body you want.
Kate Fitzpatrick Dip ION Mbant, Fitness Instructor REPS, is the co-founder of Body Beautiful Boot Camp and is our health and nutrition expert. Kate has years of experience in the healthy eating and nutrition industry having always been interested in health and fitness. Kate qualified as a cosmetologist and massage therapist and went on to study at the prestigious Institute for Optimum Nutrition, in London, qualifying in 2003. Kate has also tutored ION students and worked in Harley Street.
Kate has a particular interest in weight control, sports nutrition for all athletes, women’s health problems, PMS, pregnancy, menopause, depression and anxiety, food intolerances and allergies from babies to seniors. Childrens health and Sports nutrition and has just completed a Diploma in Advanced Sports Nutrition.
Kate is currently researching nutritional therapy for premature ageing and advanced sports nutrition.
Kate has been a Regional Co-ordinator of the British Association for Nutritional Therapy (BANT) helping to bring nutrition into everyday life and is covered by their codes of ethics and practice and is fully insured.
Kate has spoken on various radio shows on the benefits of optimum nutrition including The Chris Evans Show and Leslie James show. Kate has also written many articles on various health issues in magazines including Elle, Closer, Living and Tatler.
As our clinical nutritionist, Kate will shock you when she tells you that two of the staple foods from our diet are slowly causing degenerative diseases ! Kate will also show you how to eliminate these foods and more from your diet whilst suggesting tasty healthy alternatives. You will learn why some foods are good for you and why some are not. You will learn what systems of the body must be kept clean at all times and why and how many people fall into the trap of Yo-yo dieting only to Yo-yo straight back to their original weight and more when they step back into the real world. Dieting is not the answer! Changing food habits, lifestyle and exercise routine is.
Not only will Kate educate you on your eating (and drinking) habits she will assess each and every client to determine individually what is right and wrong for each. Kate successfully ran the London Marathon in 2014 and frequently runs half marathons. She also used to swim competitively.
Kate is the Fitness Trainer for Weybridge, Claygate and Thames Ditton.
