Fitness AM/PM

What a difference a morning or an evening can make!!

Body Beautiful Boot Camp ‘Fitness Mornings/Evenings’ aimed at giving you a fantastic and ultimate exercise experience.

Complimenting our ‘Fitness Days’ are our ‘Fitness Mornings/Evenings’ where you will take part in 1 hour of intense group training with one of our experienced PTI’s. They will be held every morning and evening (except for Sunday) in either Bookham, Cobham, Dorking or Ockham. Please see below for locations and times.

From a typical morning/evening you can achieve:

  • Fat loss, weight loss and body toning
  • Improved heart and lung function
  • Increased speed and stamina
  • Increased muscle strength
  • Improved energy levels
  • Improved posture
  • Improved flexibility
  • Lower blood pressure

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
At the moment our classes are of mixed abilities and we will work our very best to accommodate every body’s individual needs. Although it is group training and some exercises are military style please note that it is NOT British Military Fitness.

ASHTEAD

Introducing our location for Tuesday & Thursday Fitness Evenings

King George V Playing Field, Goodwyns Road, North Holmwood, Dorking. RH4 2LR
Please turn right at the roundabout and take the 1st right – Goodwyns Road and follow this road until you see St John’s Church of England School on your left hand side and a walk through tunnel on your right. Walk through the tunnel and you are at the playing fields.
