BBBC Tone Up Plan

Its only natural that we all want to look and feel our best. Our BBBC Tone up Plan has been developed by our nutritionist, Kate Fitzpatrick and our fitness professionals – who are all experts in their chosen field.

In just 8 weeks BBBC Tone Up Plan can dramatically improve your ‘whole-body’ health and fitness. Numerous life-changing benefits range from improving mobility and increasing your energy levels to reducing your blood pressure and lowering your cholesterol. It will also teach you invaluable lessons about healthy eating, portion sizes, regulating blood sugar levels and what fats, proteins and carbohydrates to eat with each meal and the best time of day to eat them. Also how to enjoy that occasional treat without it affecting your Plan.

Whether you strive to lose pounds or just to shape up then the BBBC Tone Up Plan is right for you. Split into three parts as follows:-

- the first part of the Plan is to give you personal expert nutritional advice in a ‘One to One Nutritional Consultation’ with Kate Fitzpatrick, followed by a confidential weigh-in, measure and body fat assessment.
- the second part of the Plan involves a minimum of 2 weekly sessions for 8 weeks (a total of 16) of group exercise at one of our Fitness Mornings/Evenings where all the exercises are designed to offer variety and ultimately, deliver improvement.
- the third part of the Plan will be a short follow up nutritional consultation with Kate, followed by the final confidential weigh-in, measure and body fat assessment to see what you have achieved.

You will be given a handout on what foods to eat and what foods to avoid. Email support will be available to help you achieve your goals.

All our one to one nutritional consultations will be conducted at St. Andrews Church Gate House Centre, Downside Bridge Road, Cobham, KT11 3EJ. Clients will have a choice of our boot camp locations at either Bookham, Cobham, Dorking or Ockham on the days and times shown on our Fitness AM/PM page.
