'Fitness Mornings/Evenings' where you will take part in 45minutes to 1 hour of intense group training with one of our experienced PTI's.

At Body Beautiful Boot Camp we believe that each person is biochemically different and therefore advice for one person may be totally inappropriate for another and may actually cause more harm than good.
